Stress is a complex issue that affects both the emotional and psychological well-being of an individual. In this seminar, we will discuss how stress can be manifested and how various emotional and psychological interventions such as mindfulness, changes in attitudes, and exercise can help manage stress. We will also discuss the link between posture and stress, explaining how poor posture and lack of spine care can exacerbate stress. We will conclude the talk by discussing simple spinal care techniques and posture awareness exercises that can help alleviate stress and promote overall well- being, as well as to increase productivity and positivity.
